The most exciting part about my job is the opportunity to ‘create’. I love the process of translating an idea to something meaningful, useful, appealing to the consumer, which is profitable eco-friendly and safe for the environment and at the same time used by many.
I have the opportunity to create new products that solve consumer needs - for me, that’s the most exciting aspect of my work. Imagine starting with an idea, then seeing your idea on the shelf and finally witnessing how the consumer interacts with that product. It’s a fantastic feeling!
Godrej is only moving forward and upward, in terms of how we create delight for our consumers, how we do things and how we innovate.
I am proud to be a part of a team of value creators. Sometimes we succeed, sometimes we fail but we make sure that we’re constantly learning and growing.
