For Physical shareholders

Pursuant to the guidelines issued by SEBI, any investor service request for transmission of shares/name change/name deletions/name correction/duplicate share certificates/Claim for uncashed dividend will be processed only if KYC is updated with our RTA.

The formats for various request are given hereunder.

All documents should be sent only by hard copy to our RTA at the following address.
